Vincent Oshane Roybal, Aurora, Colo., has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Bethany College for the 2010-2011 academic year.  

Roybal is a 6'3" 175lb. forward/center from Gateway High School. There he was a varsity letterwinner and MVP, earning first team all-league honors. He averaged 15 ppg. and seven rebounds per game. He shot 48 percent from the field and 69 percent from the line.

Off the court, Roybal was an academic letterwinner and honor student.

Bethany Head Basketball Coach, Clair Oleen, said he is pleased to have Roybal become a part of Bethany College. "Vince is a tremendous person, tremendous student and a tremendous athlete who comes to us with a tremendous basketball background under coach Jeff Sweet at Gateway."

Roybal is the son of Paulina Roybal. He has a 3.59 high school GPA. At Bethany he plans to study criminal justice.
