Fulton is a 5'7" guard from Minneapolis High School. There she played basketball four years, earning all-league honors. She also earned Tri-County Classic second team honors and was named to the Hoisington Winter Jam all-tournament team.

She averaged 8.3 ppg., 4.0 rpg., 1.3 steals and 2.3 assists.

Fulton also played volleyball and participated in track and field. She was on the honor roll and was yearbook editor.

Fulton is the daughter of Laura Creamer and Robert Fulton. She has a 3.0 high school GPA. A Bethany she plans to study athletic training.
