Recent Bethany graduate Stephanie Adamson '10 has successfully completed all the necessary requirements, including passing the National Athletic Trainer's Association exam, in order to be a certified athletic trainer.
The first Bethany student to complete this task, Adamson has also already gained employment at Orthopaedic Sports Health Clinic in Salina, Kan., where Bethany's physician Dr. Todd Herrenbruck practices. Adamson will also serve as an athletic trainer for Sacred Heart High School in Salina.
At Bethany, Adamson participated in volleyball and served as a student athletic trainer. This spring, she was given first team all-academic honors by the Kansas Athletic Trainers' Society and last year, she received second team all-academic honors. Adamson graduated magna cum laude in May.
