Morgan Ancell, Lincoln, Kan., has signed a letter of intent to cheer at Bethany College for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Ancell comes to Bethany from Lincoln High School, where she participated in track, softball, and volleyball. She is also a member of National Honor Society.

Head Cheer Coach Tobey Bergsten says, "Although Morgan is new to cheerleading, I am glad that she has decided to pursue cheerleading here. She has shown a lot of potential!"

Ancell is the daughter of Richard and Julia Ancell. She has a 3.70 grade point average and plans to major in biology.
