Seth Holliday, Johnson, Kan., has signed a letter of intent to play men's basketball at Bethany College for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Holliday, a five-foot-seven point guard, comes to Bethany from Stanton County High School, where he played basketball all four years.  He senior year statistics include 14.9 points per game and 1.6 rebounds per game. Holliday shot 79% from the free throw line and 34.6% from three point range. He earned unanimous all-league basketball honors.

In addition to basketball, Holliday also played football for two years and golf for four years.

Head Men's Basketball Coach Clair Oleen says, "We are pleased to have Seth  Holliday join us here at Bethany College. Seth is an active, energetic player who is an exceptional passer while being able to shoot and score himself as well. Seth will be a nice addition to our junior varsity team this coming season as we put together another good team of young players to develop and grow in the program.

Holliday is the son of Paul and Karen Holliday and is undecided on his major at this time.
