Antoine Jordan Davis, San Diego, Calif., has signed a letter of intent to play men's basketball at Bethany College for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Davis, a six-foot-six forward, comes to Bethany from Hoover High School, where he played basketball and volleyball. His senior year statistics in basketball included 10.5 points per game, 5.5 rebounds per game, and 1.5 assists per game. He had a 76% free throw average, shot 48% from the field, and 45% from three point range.

In addition to sports, Davis also won an award in science and refereed games at the local YMCA.

Head Men's Basketball Coach Clair Oleen says, "We are pleased to have Jordan Davis join us from San Diego's Hoover High School and Coach Ollie Goulston. Jordan is an athletic player who can play on the perimeter as well as inside. We are expecting Jordan to be an impact junior varsity player as a freshman and continue to develop at Bethany."

Davis is the son of Elaine Houston and is undecided on his major at this time.
