WAXAHACHIE, TX - This Saturday the Bethany College Swedes will take on the Southwestern Assemblies of God University Lions at Lumpkins Stadium in Waxahachie, Texas for the 2012 season opener. The game will be broadcast live in HD on www.sagu.tv under the SAGU Sports Live banner. 

SAGU Sports Live is entering its third season of live sports coverage which now includes football, volleyball, men's and women's basketball, and men's soccer. SAGU Sports Live was also the home for coverage of the 2012 Red River Athletic Conference Basketball Championships. We invite you to join play by play man Rob Price and color commentator Tim Roberts at 5:45 p.m. for the pre-game show followed shortly after by kickoff at 6:00 p.m. Last year the Swedes edged out the Lions 29-21 in the season opener in Lindsborg, Kan.
