The Bethany College volleyball team suffered two more losses last week, dropping their conference record to 2-7. The Swedes are 4-14 overall.

On Oct. 2 the team fought hard against University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, losing in four close games (21-25, 27-25, 22-25, 17-25).

On Oct. 4 the team hosted Sterling College, losing in three to the Warriors (12-25, 19-25, 22-25).

The Swedes travel to Winfield on Oct. 8 to play Southwestern College. On Oct. 10 Bethany will host McPherson College at 7 p.m. in Hahn Gym. The Swedes will hold their annual alumni game on Oct. 13 at 10:30 a.m. as part of Homecoming weekend at Bethany.
