The latest Golf World/Nike Golf NAIA College Coaches' Poll has been released, combining the resources of "Golf World" magazine, Nike Golf, and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The Bethany College men's golf team received 32 points and is ranked no. 25, dropping two spots from last year's ranking of no. 23.

The Bethany men's golf team won the 2012 KCAC Championship, earning them a trip to the NAIA National Tournament in Salem, Ore., where they finished in 16th place. In August, the team earned the 2012 GCAA Team Academic Award. The team recorded a 3.21 grade point average for the 2012 season.

The GCAA is the professional association of men's golf coaches. Established in 1958, this non-profit organization is dedicated to educating, promoting, and recognizing its members who participate in men's golf at all levels. Through its established events and programs, the GCAA maintains a goal of increasing awareness and the status of men's golf.
