At the Kip Janvrin Multi-Event Meet held at Doane College in Crete, NE, on February 3, 2008, junior Danielle Garman of Lincoln, KS, finished 2nd overall with 2977, her second highest point total of the season.
 
In the five events, Garman finished 2nd in the 55m hurdles in 9.32, 2nd in the high jump with 4-10.75, 1st in the shot put with 32-09.75, 2nd in the long jump with 15-11.75, and 1st in the 800m run in 2:37.46.
 
To compete at the NAIA National Indoor Track & Field Championships in Johnson City, TN, on March 6-8, Garman has to have one of the top 16 scores in the nation.  After Sunday's competition, she is ranked 5th with a season best score of 3063.
