A thrower from Ralston Valley High School in Arvada, CO, Mollie Dahl signed a letter of intent on March 17, 2008, becoming the 6th member of the women's 2008 Bethany College Track & Field recruiting class. The daughter of David and Pamela Dahl, she plans on studying Biology at Bethany.
With personal bests of 38-10.00 in the shot put and 110-01.00 in the discus, Dahl was 1st Team All-Conference in the shot put in 2005-2007 and 2nd Team All-Conference in the Discus in 2007 for Ralston Valley. At the 4A Colorado State Track & Field Championships, she placed 4th in 2007 and 7th in 2006 & 2005.
During her freshman and sophomore year in high school, she was a catcher for the softball team.
