The Swede golfers fell to Southwestern College at the KCAC Tournament held April 21-22 at Buffalo Dunes in Garden City, Kan., taking the KCAC runners-up spot.

Bethany's Ian Anthony, a senior from Euless, Texas, tied for third individually.

The Swedes were off to a great start after round one, finishing the round as the daily leader with the lowest round score. Anthony also finished round one tied as the daily leader with the lowest round score.

In rounds two and three, the Swedes stuggled to keep up with Southwestern, finishing four and two strokes behind the 'Builders, respectively.

The Swedes next travel to the NAIA Region IV Tournament held April 28-29 at Sunflower Hills in Bonner Springs, Kan.
