Game 2: Bethany 23, Saint Mary 3 (7 innings) -- Both teams scored one run in the first inning but it was never a game after that.  Bethany scored twenty runs in the next three innings and St. Mary could not find an answer to stop the overpowering Bethany offense.  Bethany would end up winning the game, 23-3, in seven innings but putting the mercy rule into effect.

Bethany had twenty-three hits in the game, led by Andrew Ferguson with four. Harold Holbert and Danny Fernandez each added three hits.

Saint Mary managed to get five hits, including two from Dustin Smith.

Carlos Martinez got the loss for St. Mary, pitching 2.1 innings and giving up ten runs on eight hits while striking out two and walking one.
