Ana Schlosser, Head Cheer and Dance Coach, has resigned.

Schlosser says goodbye to Bethany after 3 years of coaching Bethany Spirit. She has lead the cheer squad since 2005 and the dance team since 2007. She has helped the teams develop and build on making the cheer and dance programs more collegiate and competitive. With the hard work and efforts she made in recruiting for this years teams, Coach Ana says it is a bittersweet decision.

"My goal at this point in my life is to move forward with my professional career. Unfortunately, that means moving on and letting go of some of my passions (cheer and dance) to develop in my educational and professional background. Being closer to family is also a huge factor in this decision that has come after much thought and consideration." Schlosser has been offered a career opportunity in her husband's home country of Canada and is preparing for the immigration to Alberta, Canada.

"I am excited by the new opportunities, experiences and environment change that lies ahead. I am saddened I won't be able to take part in the results of the hard work put in to recruiting quality people that have been selected to be a part of the Bethany Family. All the new developments that Bethany has undergone and will be benefiting from in the upcoming season make the Bethany experience a great one. I am privileged to have been able to be a part of something that has done great things and will continue to do great things. I will miss the vets and wish the newbies the best of luck for next season.....GO SWEDES!"
