The Bethany College men's soccer team continued their season this past week by traveling to Oklahoma on Tuesday before taking off to Missouri and Arkansas this past weekend.

On their trip to Oklahoma, Bethany battled Mid-America Christian Tuesday afternoon.  Freshman James Fox put the Swedes on the board with a goal from sophomore Nick Butler right before halftime.  However, the ball didn't roll the Swedes' way as they lost 3-1.

Bethany heated up on their trip to Missouri as they played Ozark Christian College.  Fox added another goal to his collection off an assist from sophomore Max Ray.  Junior Hector de la Cruz scored after halftime from another assist by Butler.  Bethany added one more goal from sophomore Joe Vieyra, assisted by de la Cruz, giving the Swedes a 3-1 victory.

As Bethany ended their road trip with a game against Central Baptist College in Arkansas, the Swedes struggled, despite another valiant effort by Fox.  He scored his third goal of the week in the first half, but Bethany unfortunately fell to Central Baptist 8-1.

Bethany begins their conference schedule this week by hosting Southwestern College on Saturday, October 4th at 3 P.M.  The Swedes are now 4-4 overall.
