The running Swedes were ready to run last Saturday at Hays after three straight weeks
of hard practice. The grueling practices paid off with most of the team shaving off a
minute or two off from the previous meet.

Nadia Armbuster led the women's team with a personal record of 21:17. Following Armbuster
were Morgan Salter, Stephanie Wilson, and Adela Jirikova, all improving their times from
the previous race.

Nhial Malia ran a 26.16 earning him another personal record and 19th place out of 77
runners. Also running for the men's team were Taylor Hall and Tomas Ortiz. Hall ran in
his first collegiate race of the year and Ortiz continued to improve his time.
