Two school records and an individual event champion highlighted the Swedes' results at K-State on Jan. 30-31.
Stephanie Wilson and Jesse Muntz got on the record board while Jessica Becker won the women's shot put with a 14.91m (48' 11") effort. Becker has already qualified for the indoor nationals in both the shot put and the weight throw.
Wilson's 1:32.65 time in the 600m run erased the 1:33.82 record from 1995 by R. Erickson. Muntz established a school standard in the men's heptathlon by scoring 4096 points.
In all, eight other men's marks and eight additonal women's marks in the Wildcat Invitational became season's best individual efforts.
The Wildcat Invitational was contested in the refurbished facilities in Ahearn Field House at K-State.
