The Bethany men's golf team was recently crowned the 2008-2009 KCAC Champions after winning the conference tournament in Garden City. Five members of the squad earned all-conference honors.
Senior Kevin Walters, Gilbert, Ariz.; senior Jono Painter, Sydney, Australia; junior Ian Ford, Sioux Lookout, Canada; sophomore Brock Bullard, Blytheville, Ark.; and freshman Jack Hiscock, Swindon, England, were named to the KCAC all-conference team.
The Swedes now prepare to head to the NAIA Nationals. The event takes place May 19-22 in Silvis, Illinois. The tournament is held at the TPC Deere Run, which is a PGA tour site.
