The tournament, held at the Broadway Recreation Complex in Winfield, Kan., will begin Friday, May 4 at 10 a.m. The Swedes will first face McPherson College (L 3-11, W 5-2) at field #3 at 3 p.m.

 

After finishing the regular season, the Swedes enter the tournament as the fifth seed with an 8-8 conference record, 22-19 overall.

 

If the team wins, they will play at 7 p.m. Friday on field #3. A loss would drop the Swedes to the losers bracket with game Friday at 5 p.m.
