Seven softball Swedes earned KCAC honors after the team finished regular-season 22-19.

The softball Swedes made a run of it at the KCAC post-season tournament May 4-5, losing their first game 2-3 to McPherson College then fighting their way back through the loser’s bracket defeating Southwestern College 9-0, McPherson College 9-4, then losing 4-7 to Ottawa University in the semi-finals.

The team will first face Peru State May 10 at 12 p.m. at the Region IV tournament.
