Three members of the Swede volleyball team have earned KCAC honors for their efforts during the 2009 season.

Kristi Parker, senior, Mulvane, Kan., earned first-team honors; Serah Pele-Lafo, senior, San Francisco, Calif, earned second-team honors and freshman Samantha Andersen earned honorable mention.

Parker, a middle-hitter, had 287 Total Kills while averaging 2.3 per game. She also had 11 Digs this season.

Pele-Lafo, an outside hitter, had 237 Total Kills while averaging 2.1 per game. She also had 18 Service Aces and 62 Digs on the season.

Andersen, also an outside hitter, had 195 Kills averaging 1.5 per game. She also had an outstanding 326 Digs and 17 Service Aces.
