Senior Rodd Williams earned all-KCAC first-team honors.
Rodd Williams, senior, Los Angeles, Calif. has earned all-KCAC first team honors for his efforts during the 2009-2010 basketball season. Senior CJ Littlejohn and junior Vincent Ferguson have earned all-KCAC honorable mention.

Williams, a 5'11" guard, who was a unanimous pick, led the Swedes in scoring, averaging 18.23 ppg., putting him second overall in the KCAC in scoreing. He scored a season-high 33 points Jan. 4 vs. Haskell Indian Nations University.


 
Williams shot .43 percent from the field, 35.2 percent from the beyond the arc and 71.7 percent from the line. He averaged 3.33 rpg, 2.8 assists and 1.63 steals.

CJ Littlejohn, Montebello, Colo., was the Swede's second-leading scorer, with 13.17 ppg., landing him 10th overall in the KCAC. He shot 39.6 percent from the field, 34.6 percent from beyond the arc and 71.2 percent from the line.

Littlejohn averaged 3.35 rpg, 2.28 assists, and 1.45 steals. He scored a season-high 25 points Nov. 28 vs. Doane College. He was named KCAC player of the week in week six and broke the 1000 career points mark during the Swedes Jan. 4 game vs. Haskell.
 
 

Ferguson, St. Louis, Mo., was the Swede's third-leading scorer with 10.56 ppg. He shot 51.2 percent from the field, and 64.4 percent from the line. He averaged 5.48 rebounds per game. He scored a season-high 23 points Dec. 12 vx. McPherson College. Ferguson had the secon-highest total offensive rebounds for the Swedes with 78.

The Swedes wrapped up their season March 2 with a heart-breaking seven-point loss to Friends University in the KCAC Tournament Championship game. The team finished the season third in the KCAC at 12-6, 18-13 overall. Since Jan. 1, the Swedes won 15 of their 19 games.
