Rodd Williams, a senior from Los Angeles, Calif., earned NAIA all-American honorable mention honors for his efforts during the 2009-2010 season.
      
Williams led the Swedes in scoring, averaging 17.97 ppg. He shot 42.7 percent from the field, 34.7 percent from beyond the arc and 70.7 percent from the line. He had a season-high 33 points during the Swedes Jan. 4 game vs. Haskell Indian Nations University. Williams also had 104 total rebounds, averaging 3.35 per game.     
 
Williams ended the season ranked 37th in NAIA Div. II in total scoring with 557 total points this season. He ended the season ranked third in the KCAC in scoring per game.
  
The Swedes ended their season with a 75-82 loss to Friends University in the KCAC Tournament Championship game. After a rough go of it during the first half of the season, the Swedes turned things around, ending 18-13 overall and 12-6 in the KCAC. The team won 15 of 19 games played in 2010.
