The Swedes battled in the ACCK Meet at Sterling College on Saturday, April 10. The Swede women placed second at the event with 162 team points.
 

McElgunn finished third in the women's 100m dash, followed by Encinias in fourth. Gallardo placed second in the 200m dash as Scroggin took third in the women's 5000m run. Salter took home the gold in the women's 10,000m run as Valdez won the women's 100m hurdles. Liddell also finished first in the women's 400m hurdles.

Lillie finished first in the women's pole vault as Valdez took third in the women's long jump, followed by Gallardo in fourth. Dunham took home the gold in the women's shot put as Koch took third and Hemberger placed fourth. Koch was crowned champion in the women's discus throw as Spicer finished third. Rogers took the gold in the women's hammer throw as Hemberger placed third. Dunham finished third in the women's javelin throw.

On the men's side, Bethany finished fifth with 44 team points. Vanorsby finished second in the men's 100m dash as Collins placed second in the men's 200m dash and Ortiz took fourth in the men's 400m dash. The men's 4x100m relay team of Vanorsby, Allen, Collins, and O'Loughlin placed fourth while the 4x400m relay team of O'Loughlin, Ortiz, Bieker, and Collins finished second. Sophomore Sam Klaassen placed third in the men's shot put as freshman Joe King finished fifth.

Bethany next competes at the KU relays Thursday-Saturday, April 15-17.
