Bethany tacked on one run in the sixth and seventh, but a four-run Shocker seventh inning sent WSU on their way to a 13-5 win over the Swedes.
Junior Reynaldo Garcia led the Bethany bats with three hits, followed by senior Aaron Larsen and junior Logan Kanamu with two hits apiece. Juniors Brian Ladeira, Mike Yingling, Phillip Rowland, Evan Bloem, and freshmen Jake Webster and Curtis Clayton contributed one hit each.
