The rainout date for postponed tournament games is Saturday, May 1, according to KCAC Softball Chair Mike McCormick and Commissioner Scott Crawford.

Ottawa University is the softball regular-season champion.

Tournament seedings are based on regular-season records and standings, with tie-breakers.

All nine teams will compete in the Conference post-season tournament at Hillsboro, but only the tournament champion will receive an automatic berth to the national 32-team pool-play 30th annual softball tournament of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics - to be played May 20-26 in Decatur, Alabama, at the Wilson Morgan Softball Complex. The NAIA national tournament will consist of 25 automatic berths from affiliated conferences and unaffiliated groups plus 7 to 8 at-large berths.

Each year the host site of the KCAC Conference softball tournament rotates among the nine institutions which field softball teams, according to a pre-arranged schedule. In 2011 the host institution for the 2011 KCAC Softball Post-season Tournament will be Friends University in Wichita.
