This 2009-2010 season has proven to be a record breaking season so far. Ten Bethany College Track and Field School Records have been beaten.

Indoor School Records:

Nick O'Loughlin set two school records. In 2004, Terry Josserand set the men's 400 meter record with 50.44. O'Loughlin beat the record in 50.35. O'Loughlin also set the 600yd record in 1:13.44. There was not a previous record set in the 600yd.

Jesse Muntz set the men's indoor heptathlon record with 4540 points. There was not a previous school record set for the men's indoor heptathlon.

The men's 4x400 meter relay team also broke a 10 year old record previously set by A.K. Tosu, Hammermeister, Taylor and B. Simmelink. The record was previously set at 3:23.94. The team of Nick O'Loughlin, Tomas Ortiz, Milton Collins, and Hugo Escobar set the new school record in 3:23.63.

Jordan Lillie beat the women's indoor pole vault record with a vault of 9' 9.75". The previous record was held by H. Simmons with a jump of 7' 6" set in 2007.

Courtney Gallardo also broke two school records. The first in the women's 200 meter run, Gallardo ran 27.18. The previous record was set by Sara Helm in 2006 with 27.56. The second record that Gallardo set was in the 600yd run with a time of 1:32.38. There was no previous record.

The team of Janeeka Montgomery, Ashley Liddell, Courtney Gallardo and Kate Dibbern set the distance medley relay record in 13:43.01. The previous record was set by Wendy Dinkle, Mandy Rathbun, Kelsey Concannon and Erin Nelson in 2006 with a time of 15:01.96.

Outdoor School Records:

Jordan Lillie broke the women's outdoor pole vault record with a vault of 10' 6". The previous record was held by Mandy Rathbun at 7'6" set in 2004.

The women's 4x100 meter relay team of Courtney Gallardo, Molly McElgunn, Meranda Encinias and Shane Valdez broke the school record in 49.50. The record was previously held by Nelson, Kelley, Hildenbrand, and Haas of 49.94 that was set in 1983.
