Kelsey Martinez, Pueblo, Colo., has signed a letter of intent to play softball at Bethany College for the 2010-2011 academic year.  

Martinez is catcher/infielder from South High School where she was a four-year varsity softball letterwinner. She earned first team all-conference three years and second team all-conference one year. Her senior year, Martinez had a .413 batting average with 10 RBIs.

Martinez also played three years varsity basketball at South High and was active in National Honor Society and Girls State.

Martinez is the daughter of Gerard Martinez and Khrislin Garrison. She has a 3.6 high school GPA.
