Coach Anthony Swiantek is entering his second year as the Assistant Tennis Coach for Bethany College, after impressing everyone in an outstanding first season with the team.
Prior to Bethany, Coach Swiantek was a teaching professional for 3 years at the World Renowned Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy. He also taught tennis at the Prairie Dunes in Hutchinson Kansas for 2 years.
As a player, Swiantek was the number 3 ranked junior in the state of Kansas. He also played 4 years of Varsity Tennis at Pratt High School. Winning a 4A State Championship in Doubles as a junior with a 37-0 record and finishing 5th in singles as a senior with a record of 34-1. In college, Coach Swiantek played for two years at Barton County Community College then moved on to graduate from Division I Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He finished his senior campaign with the 2nd highest win total in school history.
In Coach Swiantek's spare time he donates his time to various charitable works, and fixing up old cars.
