Janeeka Montgomery, a freshman from Grand Prairie, TX, was named All-Conference runner for her efforts at the KCAC Championships at Friends University. She took 10^th with a time of 19:25.88.

It was a good week for Bethany as nearly every runner recorded a personal record with around 45 seconds to a minute off their time.
