The Bethany College wrestling team has earned the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics/National Wrestling Coaches Association All-Academic Award for the 2013 season.

Year number two is in the books for the wrestling team!  Bethany's pioneers have brought two consecutive NAIA top twenty-five finishes to Lindsborg. There have been eight National Qualifiers, five NWCA-NAIA Academic All-Americans, a two-time NAIA All-American, and a top six NAIA Academic team finish. More importantly an attitude of daily improvement has been adopted. There is a tradition beginning here at Bethany.

Come wrestle with the Swedes! Join us in welcoming potential wrestlers to campus on Friday and Saturday, April 12 to 13.

Colby Crank, a sophomore from Hutchinson, Kan., has been named a 2013 NAIA Wrestling All-American. Honors were bestowed to the top eight finishers in each weight class at the 56th annual NAIA Wrestling National Championships that were held March 1 to 2 at the Jacobson Exhibition Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Four Bethany wrestlers made the trip to Des Moines for the 56^th Annual NAIA Wrestling National Championships to compete against the best in the country. The tournament, which took place March 1-2, gave the Swedes the opportunity to continue to build the program.
