Bethany College begins search for new baseball coach

Bethany College Head Baseball Coach Jeremy Cantrell has announced his resignation.

"The Bethany College athletic department family appreciates Coach Cantrell's five years of service as our baseball coach and his many contributions to Swede athletics," says Interim Athletic Director Scott McClure. "We wish him continued success in his coaching future."

The Swedes lost the final elimination game in the KCAC Championships to the Tabor College Bluejays on May 4. Bethany put up a hard fight throughout the tournament but couldn't reach the championship game.
