Lindsborg, Kan. - The Bethany College Baseball team played at home against the Randall University Saints. The Swedes came out on top in a game full of runs for both teams.
The Swedes in an attempt to assert dominance, would go to score 7 runs in the first inning. Up until the 7th inning, this game seemed to be very one sided in favor of the Swedes until the Saints with newfound confidence, would score 5 runs in that inning. The Swedes knew they needed to continue fighting in order to come away with the result. Great pitching and fielding by the Swedes is what made it so that they come out on top 13-8. With an excellent 13 hits, the Swedes showed they aren't ones to be taken lightly at bat.
