Special Recognition and Honors at Bethany: Big Play of the Week (2012)

High School Activities and Honors: John was the Defensive line captain of his high school team and led the unit in tackles. He was active in Leadership Council, Secretary for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and was the school's Cougar Pride Award Winner. John also participated in wrestling at Seguin High School.

Personal Information: John's parents are Minh and Xuan Nguyen. John and his older brother Anthony Nguyen, who attends University of Texas at Arlington, are the first generation in their family to attend college. He majors is physical health and wellness and hopes to work for a NFL team or College.
