SWEDES BATTLE WITH TIGERS; FALL 0-7

Hays, Kan. – The Bethany College Swedes Women's Tennis teams took a trip west on I-70 to take on a non-conference foe the Fort Hays State University Tigers.

The doubles point was won by the Tigers, but the #2 doubles team of Makenna Russom and Kyla Metro gave the Tigers a run for their money. The duo of Metro and Russom would fall 6-7 with a tie-break score of 5-7.

As for singles, on the women's side, Helen Harbit had a noteworthy day as she pushed her #4 singles match into three sets ultimately falling 4-6, 6-2, 0-1 (4-10).
